Patient Completes Consultation

Your customer visits your storefront, completes the intake questionnaire, and is matched with a licensed provider for clinical evaluation. Asynchronous or synchronous: the platform supports both.

Compliance note: All consultations are conducted via HIPAA-compliant messaging or video. Patient data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Providers are matched based on the patient's state of residence to ensure proper licensing.

Provider Makes Clinical Decision

The licensed provider independently evaluates the patient and determines the appropriate treatment plan. If clinically appropriate, a prescription is issued. This decision belongs to the provider, not the platform, and not your brand.

Compliance note: Licensed providers make all prescribing decisions independently based on clinical judgment. Every prescription follows state-specific telehealth prescribing regulations. The platform enforces prescribing rules at the workflow level. Providers cannot bypass state restrictions.

Prescription Fulfilled, Shipped to Doorstep

Once a prescription is issued, it's routed to a licensed pharmacy in the network for fulfillment. The medication is dispensed, packaged with your branding, and shipped directly to the patient. Chain of custody is documented at every step.

Compliance note: Prescriptions are fulfilled through licensed, state-board-inspected pharmacies. For compounded products, we partner with 503A and 503B-compliant compounding pharmacies. Chain of custody is documented from prescription to doorstep.
